Research on Dielectric and Energy-Storage Properties of Anti-ferroelectric Ceramics (Bi0.46Na0.46Ba0.06La0.02)ZrxTi(1-x)O3

Abstract:The lead-free anti-ferroelectric ceramics(Bi0.46Na0.46Ba0.06La0.02)ZrxTi(1-x)O3(x=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were fabricated by the conventional solid state reaction method, and the phase structures, dielectric and energy-storage properties of the ceramics were investigated. The results show that both the grain size and the dielectric constant decrease with the increase of Zr contents, but the energy density increases first and then decreases. A small number of doping Zr can enhances the energy-storage density greatly. The energy-storage density nearly increases by 80% from 0.43 to 0.77 J/cm³ with x from 0 to 0.02 under the electric field of 60 kV/cm.
