Abstract:The high temperature electrical conductivity of YSZ thermal barrier coating is analyzed,and an effective way to significantly improve the high temperature electrical insulation is put forward,that is,to improve and opti⁃ mize the proportion of spraying formula,and omputer simulation technology was used to make a deep exploration and analysis of the high-temperature conductivity of the thermal barrier coating composite structure.The experi⁃ mental results show that the addition of Al2O3,to the thermal barrier coating can effectively improve the high tem⁃
perature electrical insulation of the coating at four levels,and can meet the personalized needs of the sensor based on the turbine blade thermal barrier coating.In the composite structure with the sensor and thermal barrier coating as the carrier,the high-temperature characteristics of the sensor current on the coating surface are the material conductivity,the overall function of the size of the sensor and the coating structure.
